WIP: Rapunzel from TANGLED

I felt inspired to do something "Disney" related, and I really like the Pixar movie 'Tangled" She is almost finished, with some few minor details needing attention as well as the background... whatever I can come up with to do for that which shall most likely have something to do with floating lanterns...
